Leadership Quality I believe that one of the most important leadership qualities is to have a mission that matters. Being a mission mobilizer for my work with World Team, I am often reflecting on mission and mobilization. I think a leader should choose a mission that will be his or her platform to make a difference. Do you have a mission in your life, in your family, in your career, or in your business? I find that as our mission grows, so will our abilities to really make a difference in our own and other people's lives and in our world. No one is too young or too old to have a mission. I encourage you to pick up a pen and paper now to start brain storming your mission statement, or type away what is important to your life on your computer. Do not procrastinate. If you feel like you can't do enough so you don't do anything. YOU ARE WRONG! Big things can come from small beginnings. Start NOW!
