A Nickname For Fitness
You need some perspective to help you achieve your health, wellness and fitness. For you to achieve your ideal body fitness and weight, you can create a positive nickname for yourself – one that gets you excited about exercising and eating well. Too many people unconsciously label themselves in ways that make them feel bad: fat potato, over the hill, overeater, etc. If you select a positive nickname for yourself – one that works for you, then ask your friends, family or fitness support team to call you by this nickname. Every time they refer to you by your new nickname it will fuel your motivation and your success!
